The Best Chicken Marinate..Seriously!

Like all families in the warmer weather my family
loves to grill outside for supper or just anytime
of the day. We are a big meat eaters in my household
and love to try new recipes.

I love being able to cook for my children and
my husband. And i don't mind cooking at all..it
doesn't seem like a chore for me to but
more like a hobby..but sometimes it is just
nice to have the husband fire up the gas grill
outside while i am inside our home fixing
some side dishes.

Yesterday we decided that we was going to make
some chicken on the grill for supper when tho it
wasn't so warm weather outside..but we wanted
something different..So to the internet i went to look
up some different seasoning or maybe even a different
marinate that we haven't gotten the chance to try
yet.

After looking around at some of my favorite recipe
sites i came upon a marinate recipe that we haven't
had before and we actually already had a lot of the
ingredients in the refrigerator. Which is a big plus
in my book. I showed the recipe to my husband
and we decide to give it a try.

So off to the grocery store i went to pick up some
chicken so it would have enough time to marinate in
the refrigerator before my children got home from
school.

Here is what you will need.

Ingredients

1 /2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2.Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 lbs. of chicken( I had chicken tenders)

in a zip lock bag or a really big bowl with a lid put in all your ingredients
and just give it a big shake.(be careful if your using a bowl)

Place in the refrigerator and let it set to soak in all the yummy
flavor for at least two hours.( you can do longer)

We used our gas grill on the outside to cook this chicken but you can also
bake it in the oven. If you are using the gas grill remember to flip the chicken
or it will get burned..

This chicken marinade recipe was such a hit both of my teenage boys
