Chicken korma recipe

Ingredients
Chicken: 500 g (½ kg)
Onions: 2 medium (finely sliced)
Yogurt: 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Oil: ½ cup
Green cardamom: 3
Cinnamon stick: 1 small piece
Water: ½ cup
Method
Heat oil in a pot and fry the sliced onions until they become golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute.
Add the chicken and fry it for about 5 minutes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add yogurt and cook while stirring until the masala blends well.
Add green cardamom and cinnamon.
Pour in ½ cup of water, cover the pot, and cook on medium heat for 15–20 minutes.
Finally add garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
