Today I want to share a story full of gratitude, happiness, and pride. After going through a long process, I was finally declared graduated as a Business Assistant of Merah Putih Cooperative.

This moment is not just about receiving a certificate or a new title. It is more about the journey, the experience, and the valuable lessons that, God willing, will become the starting point for greater contributions — especially for my beloved hometown, Bireuen, Aceh.

📍 From Aceh to a National Network

I come from Bireuen, a district in Aceh known for its strong spirit of togetherness. When I was given the opportunity to join the Business Assistant of Merah Putih Cooperative program, it felt like a big door was opened for me to contribute on a broader scale.

Imagine this: I was able to meet fellow participants from all across Indonesia! From Sabang to Merauke, we gathered with the same mission — to strengthen cooperatives as the backbone of the nation’s economy.

The atmosphere was truly remarkable. Every session, discussion, and training felt alive, filled with ideas and collaborative spirit. It made me realize that cooperatives are not only about economics, but also about solidarity, togetherness, and building a better future for society.

🌟 The Meaning of This Graduation

For me, this graduation is not the end. It is the beginning of a new responsibility. There are three main things I want to pursue as a Business Assistant of Merah Putih Cooperative:

Strengthening cooperatives in Bireuen.
I want the cooperatives in my hometown to not only exist, but truly provide benefits for society.

Helping local SMEs to grow.
Many small business owners need support — in management, marketing, and digital transformation. Cooperatives can be the bridge for them.

Becoming part of the national cooperative movement.
Through the Merah Putih Cooperative network, I hope to take part in a larger movement that creates a fairer and more inclusive economy.

🤝 Togetherness That Strengthens

The most meaningful part of this journey is togetherness. We came from different regions and backgrounds, but we were united by the same spirit: supporting each other to build the nation through cooperatives.

I personally felt how strong the sense of family was. There was no harmful competition. Instead, there was constant encouragement, motivation, and sharing of experiences.

This togetherness convinces me that a cooperative is not only an economic institution, but also a social movement that values humanity and solidarity.
