My daughter is 8 years old. He sometimes helps me to cook with me or make different pithas. Of course he tries to learn it with me. So I give him a chance to learn a little along with me.
Me and my daughter are going to make egg flower pitha today. The name of this pitha is called Phul Pitha in our native language. This flower pitha is very soft to eat and great aroma comes from this pitha. All the ingredients I needed to make this pita are,

🧆Two cups of oil

I will describe step by step how my daughter made this pie. But before that I want to say something about my daughter. Before this I have often made this pitha at home and my daughter is always by my side while making pitha and my daughter has made this pitha with me before. So today's challenge has become a bit easier for me.

First step

In the first step we gathered all the necessary materials in one place for my daughter's convenience.
I arranged all the items in front of him and helped him.

Step 2

In the second step, I first cracked the egg and showed how to crack it. Then my daughter cracked the egg accordingly and put it in the pot. I added two cups of water there.

Step 3

In the 3rd step I asked my daughter to add salt, rice powder, sugar and mix them all together in the egg.
In this step I showed my daughter how to mix it and she mixed all the ingredients together and made the batter.

Step 4

In this step, I told my daughter how much oil to pour in the pan. He pours oil and dips the mold in which pita is made into the oil. Because when this sach is fully heated in oil only then the egg shell will stick to the sach. That's why my daughter waited until the oil was hot and when it was hot enough to make the pita, then stuck a ball of the oil from inside the neck of the egg and put it in the oil. After getting the oil, a beautiful design flower was made in the pitha. This is how my daughter made pithas one by one.

Finally with the remaining batter my daughter said she will make pitha this time with small bundia shapes. She saw this process on YouTube. For this she used a small slotted spoon and made small balls.

When I asked my daughter which part of the recipe she liked, she told me that she enjoyed the egg breaking beautifully, watching the flowers form when the batter was left out, and making small flowers with a slotted spoon.
