SEC-S20W5 / Little Scientists

Hi friends

Today i am happy to participate in another challenge that is really exciting for my doll as kids loved to do little things with more love and yeah when there is new things they felt more happiness while doing it. @anailuj1992 thank you for given us chance to make my little scientist to do science experiment at home which was fun for her.

Firstly I think a lot what to do because she is little and naughty too and I couldn't use such thing which is harmful for her.

After think much I thought to teach her about the weight and volume why heavy things settle down in water and lighter ones float over water surface.

I pick this idea one day we went for boating there were few threads and trashes that were floating on water surface she asked me the reason and I try to convince her.

Today I thought I have an experiment for her might she enjoyed it and become more clear about it.

Material used

• I have used two glass of water
• few pieces of paper
• paper boat
• Seeds of chickpeas

Well she was very curious to do experiment I make boat of paper for her which is really liked a lot.

This was most interesting thing for her because she wanted to sit in that boat hahahah my much time spent in it because she wanted to learn how I made boat from the paper.

You can see her boat is floating on the surface of water and she is keenly seeing what is going on and feeling happy too.

Then I gave her few paper piece and lobia seeds, the seeds were bit heavy than paper, as she put the seeds in the water they sun kun down.

Now her curious nature was asking questions????
Mama why boat floating on surface and piece of paper are also floating,,,,,,,

While seeds are sitting in the glass......

Why it happened I wanted to know.....

I said lighter things had less weight they float on the surface of the water....

While the things which has weight they can sunkun in the water as you have seen the chickpeas seeds has little more weigh they sit on the bottom of the glass.

She was satisfied and enjoyed all the experiments and I hope she has learn new things too.

Well I couldn't achieve the results in first attempted because she loved boat and take it out for playing then I sit and waited for her.

Similarly she try to eat chickpeas seeds which was not cooked then I bring more for her. After little wait and attempted I able to complete it.

Her happiness is just out of words.

Well best moment is that she enjoyed it she didn't bore while doing it. She asked questions that were logical and were higher from her age she is in 4 year now as 3 are completed. Hence these moments were really blessed for me as she learned new things.

I take the idea of this experiment already mentioned in above passage when we were on boating she was curious to know why things float on the water surface??????.

The most difficult moment is to take her pictures as she didn't like.
