Experiments for children

In her artwork with the children, it was seen that her leaders drew the things she valued. However, when asked about their whereabouts of themselves and their families, it was seen that they were trying to draw something, albeit small. These children did not have a favorite meal, clothes, activity. There was nothing they could say about their loved ones.

The reason for this could be that the things they loved were never asked to them and they were shown to them what they had to love. To develop a self, one has to make choices and learn from the results of these choices.

Over time, however, a team from another region joined the team and regular sleep, meal times and play hours were prepared for the children. The children were not divided within the team and were equally cared for with all the children. An attitude that respects, supports and gives importance to the children was displayed.

At the end of the day, the whole team gathered to evaluate every child. Thus, in the course of time, each child started to spend more time with the employees who felt close to him.

In time, the gender discrimination they showed to each other diminished, and the negative feelings they felt towards the team were reduced. However, they could still be indignant that their sandwiches were given a different day.
