China bans, crypto shivers!

I've always wondered why people give so much credence to the China news. The FUD for yesterday was concerning ICO's and not even blockchains. I've not been doing this for a long time but even to me, the reaction seems crazy for the information. The information is even good, given people had been losing a lot of money from what I heard. Or am I missing something?
