WORLD’S MOST SEDUCTIVE SWEET. CHOCOLATE.

TYPES:
Mainly 3 kinds of chocolates are consumed all around the globe, namely: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate.

SWEET LURE OF CHOCOLATE:
Stimulants those are present in chocolate cause similar effect on the brain as drug-induced euphoria which causes the chocolate craving known as chocoholism. Chocolate contains Anandamide, which promotes and prolongs ‘transient feeling of well-being’. The melting point of chocolate is 36 degree Celsius, which is slightly below our body temperature; giving a melt-in-the-mouth sensation.
Chocolate contains PEA, an amphetamine which triggers feelings that are similar to “falling in love”. Caffeine and Theobromine, both a weak stimulant provide the experience of “lift” or makes the “feel-good-mood”. Chocolate triggers the release of – Endorphine- ‘calming natural pain killer’; Dopamine-"desire chemical" and Serotonin- ‘Pleasure chemical’.

THE BUILD OF CHOCOLATE – PSYCHOACTIVE COCKTAIL:
Chocolate contains Anandamide, a neurotransmitter which produces short-lived feelings of well-being. It also contains caffeine (5-10mg/ 170 ml), a mild stimulant that provides the lift experience. Also contains Theobromine, a stimulant which triggers vasodilation and contributes to the bitter taste. The PEA- Phenyl Ethyl Amine, a neurotransmitter present keeps one alert, confident and adventurous. Tryptophan, an essential amino acid is also present which a precursor is for Serotonin, Melatonin, and Niacin. Chocolate is also rich in Magnesium content and also some group of neuro-active Alkaloids.

MELTING THE MYTHS:
Does Chocolate Contain a lot of Fat?
Contains Oleic acid: healthy mono-saturated fat which reduces both total cholesterol and LDH cholesterol (34%)
Contains Stearic acid: A saturated fat which has a neutral effect on Cholesterol (34%)
Contains Palmitic Acid: A saturated fat which increases LDH cholesterol (“Bad cholesterol”) and raises the probability of cardiac disease.
That means that only 1/4th of the dark chocolate is bad for you.

SWEET-HEART:
Since chocolate is a plant-based food, it contains Flavonoids and dark chocolate has no harmful effect on serum cholesterol level. It has a potential impact on maintaining cardiovascular health. Altogether it reduces the risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.
A small portion (near about 100 mg/ day) of dark chocolate can improve dilation of blood vessels lowering blood pressure, but it would inevitably result in weight gain. It also causes 28% increase in insulin levels but the cause is far unknown.

CHOCOLATE HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN FOR CAVITIES OR TOOTH DEACY.
Cocoa butter coats the teeth and may help in protecting them by preventing plaque formation.
Polyphenols, antioxidants present in pure chocolate aid to better skin complexion.

Take a little amount of dark chocolate every day and feel good.

Sort:

I prefer the dark choco but sometimes the white one is good change.
I read it's not the coaco causing the tooth decay but rather the suger in the chocolate. make sense to me.

If anything it's the cocoa butter that coats your teeth and seals your teeth for a short while.

Nice. I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but this is kinda making me want some.

If i make enough I'll send you a bar.. Cheers man.

I want some chocolate now.
