Forgive
Bearing outrage and hatred just frustrates me. I need to advance, not remain stayed with one foot in a mud puddle. Everyone is human, and no one is great. We have every single done thing out of feeling or stress that have harmed another person. With a New Year begins another slate for me. So I can find a sense of contentment and live without outrage or disdain. Today, I excuse those who have harmed me. Without strings. It is useful for my spirit.
I additionally ask absolution from those I may have harmed. While it isn't in my temperament to hurt anybody intentionally, I am certain I have done as such. I am just human. I am setting everything free and going ahead with another disposition, a crisp viewpoint and an open heart. It is well with my soul. One love.~bloghound~

I love this post. People seem to forget that forgiveness is for our benefit, our health and sanity. Its never good to hang on to a grudge because it does us more harm than good, no matter who did whatever it was that we would hold the grudge for.
Its true what you said, "While it isn't in my temperament to hurt anybody intentionally, I am certain I have done as such. I am just human.", we are all human and we all mess up and sometimes one of the consequences of messing up is hurting those around us without even realizing it. I know there are some out there that relish taking things out on those around them but most of us "blow up" and then feel bad for it after we've calmed down. Its in our best interests to forgive each other for those times when we unintentionally hurt one another.
