Excellent post! And you did just as the Bereans did! You read God's Word and found the answer for yourself. It never ceases to amaze me how He speaks through His written Word. We do have to be willing to listen though! Our pastor often reminds us humbly not to take his word for something, but to be like the Bereans and search to see if it is true! God always has an answer for us!
dmcamera, Amen, God is amazing! I love that your pastor tells the congregation to be like the Bereans! I wish that every pastor would do the same because it always comes down to our relationship with Christ and seeking the answers prayerfully through His word. There's nothing like seeking and finding His confirmation on every matter! Plus I believe that God loves it when we do that. God bless!
