As I mentioned, I am not CERTAIN that he did not pay for the licensing. I am asking him to let me know one way or the other though. You never know, I just might be nice to him and let him off if he asks me nicely. LOL! It was kind of fluky that it was my very first experience of Steemit!
Yes, and I wouldn't think that is the experience we would want for new members. @dan has since left Steemit, Inc. But obviously he still have influence here.
