Word Volume Doesn't Determine Answered Prayers
Jesus Christ is our sure model as far as Christianity is concerned.
Heb 12:2
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Whatever we do as Christians, including prayers; we must model it after Christ to command the same order of success that Jesus commanded and even more.
John 14:12
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
The disciples of Jesus understood this. They knew they must model their prayer life after Christ so they went to Him for prayer lessons.
Luke 11:1
And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
But the secret behind the success of men is in their story.
We saw Christ praying the same statement for each prayer session of one hour.
Matthew 26:40-44
40 And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. 42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. 43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy. 44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.
This informs us that word volume does not determine answered prayers.
Our prayers are not answered on the basis of voluminous words.
Matthew 6:7
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
God is not so much moved by the volume of our words in prayer as He is by the purity of our hearts, the fervency of our spirit and of course the finished work of Christ.
James 5:16b
...The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
We must endeavour to avoid empty speakings in our prayers.
We saw two blind men who kept saying "Thou Son of David, have mercy on us" and Jesus answered them.
Matthew 9:27-29
27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. 28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. 29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
We saw Jesus Christ again here pray few words and a four-day dead Lazarus was raised back to life.
John 11:40-44
40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Christ is the only door way through which we can Access the father. Thus any prayer not in line with God's word and not done in faith is a wasted prayer. It's not how lengthy the word is that gets a prayer answered but how believing your heart is and how christ centered the prayer is.
