What Is Expected

What does the Savior expect from his disciples
How does he expect us to live
What does he expect from us each day
How much does he expect us to give

Does he really mean, sell everything and come follow me
Does he expect us to always keep him in our heart
Does the Savior expect us to study and know his scriptures
Does the Savior expect us to always do our part

What does he mean when he says take up my cross
Or take up my plow and don't look back
How big is your pile of worldly desires
Does he expect to be at the top of your stack

If you study and pray you will build a relationship with the Savior
Then you will learn the things you have to do
Does he expect you to give your life to do his work
That's exactly what the Savior expects from you
