The Demons’ Plan to Cause a Series of Unfortunate Events

Hello. This is Pastor Shin from CSA.

아시다시피, 필자는 귀신과의 피비린내 나는 전쟁터의 한가운데 있습니다.
As you know by now, I’m in middle of the bloody spiritual battleground.

귀신들의 공격유형은 다양하지만, 그들의 목적은 사람들에게 죄를 짓게 해서 불행에 빠뜨려 고통을 주어 영혼과 생명을 사냥하는 겁니다.
Demons use various tactic but have have 1 goal--the goal to hunt people’s lives and souls by making them sin and putting them in misery.

이들의 가장 많이 하는 공격은 첫째, 몸 안에 잠복해서 정신질환과 고질병에 걸리게 하고, 두 번째 대인관계를 파괴하여 가정과 교회, 직장을 분열시키고, 세 번째로 불행한 사건사고를 일으켜서 고통을 주어 생명과 영혼을 사냥하는 놈들이죠.
The most common tactic is to hide inside one’s body and cause various illnesses; second is to bring conflicts in people; the thrid is to put people in misery so they can devour them.

그러나 귀신들이 그렇게 공격한다고 믿는 사람들이 세상에 몇 명이나 될까요?
But how many are there that actually believe demons attack that way?

그래서 오늘은 불행한 사건사고를 일으키는 귀신들의 공격계략에 대해 알아보고 싶습니다.
So let’s talk about that today--about demons that cause accidents and misfortune.

인지능력을 무력화시켜 불행한 사고를 당하게 한다.
They play around with your cognitive ability and cause accidents

귀신들의 공격은 머리를 타고앉아 자신들의 생각을 넣어주어 조종하는 겁니다.
Demons like to fill people’s heads with unholy thoughts.

특히 몸의 감각기관을 조종하는 능력은 탁월합니다.
They are excellent in manipulating sensory organs.

그래서 시각기관을 조종하여 헛것이 눈이 보이게 하거나, 청각기관을 조종하여 이상한 소리를 넣어주어 들리게 하는 능력이 뛰어나죠.
They can make people see or hear things; they are very good at that.

그러므로 귀신을 보았다고 하는 것은, 실제로 보는 것이 아니라 보는 것으로 착각하게 하는 겁니다.
So when people “see” ghosts or demons, they are not actually “seeing” them; demons just make you hallucinate.

참고로 저는 지금까지 수백 명의 귀신들린 사람에게서 귀신을 쫓아내는 사역을 하고 있지만, 실제로 귀신을 본 적은 없습니다.
I’ve invoked and drove many demons out, but I’ve never seen any.

그러나 귀신이 잠복한 사람들이 귀신을 보았다는 사람은 부지기수이죠.
But many who have demons inside claim to have seen demons.

그러므로 귀신이 감각기관을 조종하거나 관심을 딴 데로 돌리게 하여 불행한 사고를 일으키는 겁니다.
Demons control your sensory organs and/or create distraction; that’s how you get into accidents or other miserable events in your life.

몇 년 전에 대전의 원룸에서 기도훈련을 시작하였던 자매는, 귀신이 안에 잠복 있으면서 환청을 듣는 자매였습니다.
One of the trainees back in DaeJeon was a lady with auditory hallucination caused by demons.

그런데 제게 와서 자신 안에 있는 귀신이 교통사고가 나서 사람이 죽을 것이라고 말하면, 실제로 교통사고가 나서 사람이 죽는다고 하였습니다.
She told me someone dies of a car accident when demons inside her say so.

그러나 저는 이 자매가 헛소리를 하는 것이라고 생각했지요.
I thought she was talking nonsense.

그러나 나중에 실제로 교통사고가 났다는 것을 깨닫고 섬뜩했던 기억이 있어요.
But it really happened; chill went down on my spine when I found out about the accident.

그 후에 사람들의 요청을 받아들여 기도훈련을 시작하면 크고 작은 교통사고가 나는 일은 아주 흔한 일상이 되었습니다.
And car accidents became pretty common for new trainees when they start training.

어떤 자매는 친척이 교통사고로 사망하여 기도훈련을 중도에 그만둔 적이 있었으며, 훈련생에게 자동차 접촉사고가 나는 사건을 아주 흔했습니다.
A lady had her relative pass away due to a car accident; she stopped coming to CSA. And trainees themselve often get into accidents.

이틀에 3번 난 경우도 있었고, 기도훈련 중에 6번이나 접촉사고가 난 훈련생도 있었습니다.
THere was a trainee with 3 accidents in the course of 2 days; someone had 6 during the prayer training.

다행스러운 것은 대부분 가벼운 사고에 그쳤다는 겁니다.
Good thing is that majority of them were minor accidents.

이는 귀신들의 공격을 하나님께서 막아주신 것이겠지요.
Thank God for protecting them.

영성학교 안에서도 아이가 정화조에 빠져 익사할 뻔한 사고가 있었습니다.
There was an incident at CSA, too, where a child almost drowned in the septic tank.

영성학교에서 정화조공사를 하면서 대형용량의 정화조를 땅에 깊게 묻고 2M 가까운 관을 위로 묻어서 입구를 해서 임시뚜껑으로 덮어놓았습니다.
CSA had some remodeling done for the tank; the new, bigger size tank was installed under the ground, and pipes were switched out; the whole thing was temporarily covered with a wooden board.

거기에 아이가 뚜껑위에서 놀다가 뚜껑이 뒤집어 지면서 정화조에 빠진 겁니다.
A child was playing on top of the board. The board flipped and he fell into the tank.

정화조는 깊이가 2M가 넘었고 입구도 2M가량의 관으로 연결되어 있어서 4M가 넘는 깊이의 정화조에 빠진 것이죠.
The tank alone was about 6 ft deep; the hole was about 12 ft in depth, because everything--including pipes--had to be buried underground.

그런데 그 광경을 본 사람은 말 못하는 어린 동생뿐이었습니다. 도저히 아이가 살수가 없는 상황이었죠.
The only witness was the boy’s little sister; she barely started speaking.

그러나 갑자기 방에 있던 자매가 우연히 밖으로 나가고 싶어져서 훌쩍훌쩍 울고 있는 동생을 보게 되었습니다.
Then, one of the trainees just felt she wanted to go outside; she came out and saw the young girl crying.

그래서 자초지종을 물어보니 오빠가 정화조에 빠졌다는 거예요.
So she asked, and the baby told her that the boy was inside the tank.

그래서 부랴부랴 사람들에게 알려서 어른의 발목을 뒤에서 잡고 불에 빠져 허우적거리는 아이를 가까스로 건져내었습니다.
So she alerted other adults. The boy was rescued with an adult going down the tank, upside down, with another man holding tight onto that guy’s ankles.

그런데 어떻게 그 아이가 깊은 정화조 물 위로 머리를 내밀고 있었는지 불가사의한 일입니다.
How that boy managed to stick his head out from the tank is still a mystery.

아이의 말로는 빠졌는데 누군가가 붙잡아줘서 위로 올라오게 되었다는 거예요.
According to the boy, someone pulled him out so he was able to stay afloat.

그런데 정화조 안에는 붙잡을 아무 것도 없었습니다.
The tank had nothing for the boy to grab.

약 5MM가량의 이음매에 팔꿈치를 대고 머리를 내밀고 있었다고 해요. 그야말로 산 것이 기적중의 기적이었죠.
He was hanging by a 5 mm trimming of the tank, barely poking his head out. It was a miracle of miracles.

이렇게 귀신은 기가 막힌 불행한 사건을 일으키지만, 하나님은 놀라운 기적을 일으켜서 살게 하십니다.
Just like this, demons cause these shocking and tragic events, but God lets us live through his amazing power.

어리석고 미련한 행동으로 죄를 짓게 하여 불행하게 한다.
They put you in misery by having you make foolish decisions.

세상에서 범죄로 규정한 것은 하나님도 싫어하시는 죄입니다.
God hates what people have defined as crimes.

그러나 세상에서 범죄로 규정하지 않는 것 중에서도 하나님이 미워하시는 죄가 널려있어요.
But there are plenty of things in this world that God hates, even if we have not decided them as sins.

예를 들어 빚을 얻는 것은 하나님이 싫어하시는 죄입니다. 그러나 자본주의 국가에서는 부채를 얻는 것은 권장하죠.
For example, God hates people gaining debts. But capitalist countries recommend creating debts.

그래야 자본주의를 지탱하는 금융기관에서 수익을 얻기 때문입니다.
That’s how banks make profit in this capitalist world.

부채를 얻는 것은 대부분 조급함과 탐욕 때문에 빚을 내는 것입니다.
Most of times, people create debts because of their impatience and greed.

조급함과 탐욕은 하나님이 싫어하시는 죄입니다.
Impatience and greed are the sins God hates.

이렇게 빚을 내어 사업이나 투자를 부추겨서 실패하게 만들거나, 집이나 자동차 등 평생 빚을 지게 하여 빚의 포로로 고통스럽게 하는 겁니다.
Demons make people to loan money for business or investments, then make them fail; or they make people loan money to buy a house or a car they can’t afford, slowly making them the captive of debts.

술에 취하거나 음란이나 간음은 하나님이 싫어하시는 죄이지만, 세상은 육체의 쾌락을 추구하는 산업이 발달되어 있습니다.
Lust and drunkenness are sins God hates, but this world has a whole field of business that recommend people to pursue such sins.

그래서 쾌락의 유혹에 빠져 성적인 죄를 짓게 되면, 부부가 격렬하게 싸워서 이혼에 이르고 가정이 깨지는 빌미가 되기도 하죠.
When one falls into the sin of lust, the couple breaks apart; it gives cause to break up a family.

육체의 쾌락을 추구하게 되면 중독에 빠지게 됩니다.
When one pursues bodily pleasure, he/she becomes prone to addiction.

알코올중독을 비롯한 게임중독, 도박중독, 음란중독, 쇼핑중독 등 쾌락에 빠지게 하여 정신과 육체를 황폐화하며 삶을 파괴하는 것도 죄다 귀신의 공격입니다.
Alcoholism, game addiction, gambling, porn, shopaholism--all these are addiction that demons trap you within.

청소년들이 게임에 빠지거나 음란물을 탐닉하게 되면 공부에 집중하지 못하고, 정신적인 문제를 일으켜서 성인이 되어서도 정상적으로 생활하지 못하며 부모의 근심거리로 남게 되어 가장을 피폐하게 만듭니다.
If teenage kids fall into these addictions, they cannot focus on school; they often get into trouble with teachers and/or parents; and they continue onto their adulthood, becoming a worrisome burden for parents.

그러나 우리네 주변을 보면, 말도 못하는 어린아이들에게 스마트폰을 쥐어주어 게임에 빠지게 하는 부모가 얼마나 많습니까?
But you probably have seen many patients handing their kids smartphones to play.

우리나라 태백에는 강원랜드에서 운영하는 합법적인 도박장이 있습니다. 이곳에 드나들면 인생은 끝난 것이나 다름없어요.
In Korea, there is a legal casino in KangWon Province called KangWon Land; however, you can kiss your life good-bye once you get hooked.

재산을 잃고 폐인이 되는 지름길로 달려가고 있습니다. 인터넷에도 불법 도박 사이트가 난립하고 있죠.
They lose all they have and sprint toward their demise. But that doesn’t mean it’s safe out here; there is a plenty of websites that promote betting.

이제 겨우 대학을 입학한 청소년이 사설 인터넷도박에 빠져 중독이 되어, 제게 해결해달라고 찾아온 부모도 있었어요.
I’ve had parents come for help because their teenage son was addicted to Internet gambling.

그러나 그 청소년은 기도훈련에 관심이 없어, 아무 성과도 없이 돌아가 버렸지요.
But he wasn’t interested in the prayer training at all; he just returned home.

그러나 그 가정에서 근심과 걱정이 사라지겠습니까?
How can that household be worry-free?

이외에도 귀신들이 일으킨 불행한 사건사고는 수도 없이 일어납니다. 제가 아는 장애인은 교통사고로 하반신마비가 되었습니다.
There are a plenty of other incidents. An acquaintance of mine became a paraplegic.

운전 중에 교통설치물을 보지 못해 부딪친 것이죠.
He ran into a pole because he didn’t see it.

그러나 사고 당시, 자신은 정신이 멀쩡했으며 설치물을 보지 못한 게 아직도 이해가 되지 않는다고 하였습니다.
But during the incident, he said he was wide awake; he himself doesn’t understand why he could not see it.

기이하게도, 그 설치물이 보이지 않았다는 겁니다. 인생을 살아가다보면 원인을 알 수 없는 불행한 사건사고가 수도 없이 일어나지요.
There are inexplicable things that happen in our lives, and this was done of them.

이러한 사고의 직접적인 원인이 귀신일 확률이 아주 높습니다. 그러나 제 주장을 믿을 사람이 누가 있을까요?
It’s most likely caused by demons. But who is there to believe 100% what I say?

귀신과 피터지게 싸워서 이들의 실체를 경험하지 못한다면, 사고 당시 운이 나빴다고 할 수 밖에 없을 겁니다.
Unless you see their true self by praying and fighting against them.
