Wait for Your Answers Once You Pray

좋은 기도가 생명이다

A good prayer is crucial.

기도라고 다 같은 기도가 아닙니다.

Not all prayers are the same.

나쁜 기도가 있고 좋은 기도가 있죠.

There are good and bad.

나쁜 기도란 기도 본연의 목적을 상실한 기도입니다.

A bad prayer is a prayer that has lost its purpose.

기도란 하나님과 깊고 친밀하게 교제하는 통로이죠.

Prayer is the way of communicating with God in a close manner.

그러나 기도를 마치 자신의 드높은 종교심을 드러내려는 수단으로 사용하는 사람이라면 그 기도는 나쁜 기도입니다.

But if it is used to edify one’s religiousness, it would be a bad prayer.

바리새인과 서기관들이 그랬지요. 그들은 자신의 종교심을 남들에게 보여주려고 했기에 예수님으로부터 위선자라는 책망을 들었습니다.

That’s how the Pharisees and scribes were. They wanted to show off how religious they are; Jesus called them hypocrites.

형식적인 기도도 나쁜 기도입니다.

Praying as a formality is also a bad prayer.

형식적인 기도를 하는 이유는 기도본연의 목적을 상실했기 때문인데, 남의 눈을 의식해서 의무적이거나 종교행사로 여겨서 기도하게 되니까요.

The reason it becomes a formality is that the prayer lost its core function; it becomes something you do as a ritual to show others, rather than what it was originally supposed to do.

마찬가지로 자기만족이나 자기위안의 수단으로 사용해도 나쁜 기도입니다.

The same applies for the prayer used for self-satisfaction.

나쁜 기도의 결과는 하나님으로부터 아무런 열매를 맺지 못합니다.

Bad prayers do not result in anything. God won’t answer those.

응답도 없을 뿐 아니라 기도할 때 성령이 함께 하시는 특징인 잔잔한 평안과 넘치는 기쁨도 없어요.

There won’t be any answers; there won’t be any peace or joy, either.

그러나 자신의 기도가 나쁜 기도인지 판단의 기준이 없기 때문에 관행적으로 형식적으로 반복하게 됩니다.

But many people cannot tell whether they are praying properly or not. So they end up repeating the formality.

그렇다면 좋은 기도는 어떤 기도일까요? 말할 것도 없이 하나님이 기뻐하시는 기도입니다.

Then, what is a good prayer? It’s the prayer God rejoices.

하나님이 기뻐하시는 기도는 내용도 하나님의 뜻에 합당할 뿐 아니라 기도자의 속내나 목적, 태도를 하나님이 기뻐하시는 겁니다.

It has to meet God’s will inside and out--not just its contents but the heart and the will of the one who prays.

하나님의 뜻은 성경에 조목조목 기록해 놓았어요.

God’s will is clearly listed in the Bible.

대체적으로 하나님의 뜻에 합당한 기도는 하나님의 나라를 위한 기도이지만 자신의 욕망을 추구하는 기도라면 좋은 기도는 아닐 겁니다.

Prayers God rejoices is about expanding His kingdom, not one’s own worldly desires.

물론 자신의 소원을 이루는 기도라도 탐욕을 채우는 기도가 아니라면 하나님의 뜻에 어긋나지 않아요.

Of course, your prayer won’t be considered bad if your prayer does not ask for your worldly greed to be fed, even if you wish for something.

기도의 내용도 중요하지만 기도자의 태도나 속내는 더욱 중요합니다. 가장 우선적인 조건은 종의 태도를 갖는 겁니다.

The ulterior motive is as important as the contents. The most important thing is to have the attitude of a servant.

종이란 주인의 뜻에 절대 순종하는 게 요구되는 덕목입니다. 하나님은 응답이 더디 오더라도 참고 기다리는 태도를 보고 계십니다.

Servants must obey their lord whatsoever. God sees our patience, when the answers come at a snail’s pace.

또한 자신의 뜻에 어긋나는 결과가 오더라도 실망하거나 낙담하지 않고 담담하게 받아들이는 태도 역시 필요하죠.

And accepting without disappointment is a must, even if the result is not what you expected and hoped for.

이렇게 좋은 기도란 종의 덕목을 갖춘 기도예요.

A good prayer is the prayer that meets all this criteria.

좋은 기도란 영원한 생명을 가져다줍니다. 하나님이 함께 하시기에 그분의 능력이 나타납니다.

A good prayer bring an eternal life. God is with the prayer, so His power will show.

좋은 기도를 통해 하나님은 자신의 종들에게 사역을 맡기는 것이죠.

God gives His missions to His servants through good prayers.

좋은 기도란 종의 신분을 망각하지 않고 언제나 주인의 뜻에 순종하는 기도임을 명심해야합니다.

Please remember that a good prayer is a prayer that always obeys the Lord, not forgetting the fact that he/she is His servant.

기도가 막히지 않도록 항상 경계하라

Watch out for any blockings.

기도가 막힌다는 것은 무엇일까요?

What does it mean by blockage?

이는 기도가 안 되는 것을 말합니다.

It’s the state of not being able to pray.

기도의 내용을 정해놓고 순서에 따라 큰소리로 외치는 사람들은 기도가 되고 안 되고의 차이를 잘 느끼지 못합니다.

People who read off of what they need wouldn’t be able to feel it.

그러나 성령이 내주하는 기도를 하는 사람은 이 차이에 무척이나 민감할 수밖에 없습니다.

But you’d be sensitive if you pray and ask for the Holy Spirit’s indwelling.

기도가 자신의 의지나 생각으로 되는 것이 아니라 성령의 인도하심으로 하는 것이기 때문이에요.

The prayer is led by the Holy Spirit, not by one’s own thoughts and feelings.

성령이 내주하는 기도를 늘 하는 사람은 성령이 주시는 잔잔한 평안과 넘치는 기쁨을 누리며 살고 있습니다.

People who pray for the Holy Spirit’s indwelling live with peace and joy the Holy Spirit gives them.

이들에게 기도가 안 된다는 것은 기도에 몰입되지 않아 탁 트이는 느낌이 없어 답답하고 냉랭하다는 뜻이지요.

They’d feel cold and frustrated when they feel the block.

또한 하나님의 종들은 악한 영들과 싸움의 최전선에 있어요.

And God’s servants are in the ongoing battle against demons.

악한 영들은 호시탐탐 틈을 엿보며 종들을 넘어뜨릴 기회를 노리고 있습니다.

Demons always seek a chance to make people stumble.

하나님의 종들이 악한 영과 싸우는 무기는 성령의 능력이에요.

The weapon to fight against these demons is the power of the Holy Spirit.

그러므로 기도를 하지 못하고 있다는 것은 무기를 빼앗긴 병사와 같이 무기력해진다는 의미입니다.

So not being able to pray means having the weapon taken away.

말하자면 순식간에 악한 영의 먹잇감이 되며 그들의 공격에 속수무책으로 당할 수밖에 없습니다.

In other words, those people would be preyed upon and devoured by demons.

그러므로 매사에 기도가 막히지 않도록 조심하며 경계해야합니다.

So you must be careful not to be blocked in prayers.

기도를 막히게 하는 것은 어려가지가 있습니다.

There are many things that cause a prayer’s block.

부정적인 생각이 들어오면 기도할 수가 없어요.

You won’t be able to pray if you have negative thoughts.

염려하고 걱정하며 불안하고 두려운 생각이 들어차 있으면 기도할 엄두가 나지 않으며 기도를 시도해도 몰입되지 않습니다.

If you worry and fear, you won’t be able to focus; you won’t even be able to think about praying.

사람들과 갈등과 싸움이 있어 마음이 격앙된 상태에 있어도 기도할 수가 없죠.

You’d be bothered by conflicts and fights with others; you’d be too upset to pray.

그 뿐이 아닙니다. 고된 일로 인해 정신과 육체가 피곤한 사람도 기도를 하면 졸음이 쏟아질 것이 분명하지요.

That’s not all. People who work a lot will fall asleep due to constant fatigue.

많은 현대인들은 돈 버는 일에 시간과 정력을 과도하게 사용하기에 그런 경우가 허다합니다.

This is the case of most people these days since they use all their energy making money.

쾌락에 빠지는 일도 그렇고요. 술을 마시며 게임에 몰두하며 각종 스포츠나 오락에 심취된 사람은 기도에 몰입할 수도 없고 기도할 시간을 내기도 어렵습니다.

The same goes for pleasure hunting. People who are into drinking, games, and sports have a hard time praying, let alone focusing.

그중에서도 기도를 막히게 하는 것은 죄를 짓는 겁니다.

The biggest block is created by sinning.

불의한 일과 불법적이고 비도덕적인 일을 저지르면 죄책감으로 인해 기도를 회피하게 되고 기도를 시도해도 몰입될 수가 없습니다.

When one commits something immoral and illegal, s/he tends to avoid praying due to guilt.

악한 영이 죄책감을 들게 하여 기도를 원천적으로 방해하기도 합니다.

Demons fill you up with guilt to distract you from praying.

음란에 빠지거나 불륜을 저지른 사람이 태연하게 기도할 수가 있겠습니까?

How can one pray without any guilt if s/he committed sexual misconduct?

이러한 일에 빠지게 하여 기도를 못하게 하는 일들이 세상에 너무 많습니다.

There are more things that stop us from praying when we get involved.

기도하는 사람은 기도가 삶의 최우선 순위에 두어야 합니다.

People who pray must put the prayer as the top priority.

사람들과 갈등을 일으키고 싸움을 하는 일도 피해야 하지요.

You must avoid anything that creates conflicts and fights.

도덕적인 죄는 물론이고 형사적인 죄를 지었다면 마음이 편할 리가 없습니다.

You won’t be at peace knowing you’ve committed a crime (or other immoral acts).

이것들이 기도를 막아요.

These block you from praying.

그러므로 사람들과 항상 평안한 관계를 유지하려고 애써야합니다.

So please try to keep a peaceful relationship with people

특히 가족들이나 직장동료, 거래처 관계자들은 자주 만나기 때문에 이들과 평화로운 관계를 유지해야 합니다.

Family members, co-workers, and other colleagues are especially important because you’d see them often.

탐욕스럽거나 부정적으로 말하는 습관이 있다면 관계가 깨지기 십상이지요.

It’d be hard to keep stable relationships if you are pessimistic or greedy.

그러므로 남을 배려하고 섬기는 삶의 방식을 몸에 배야 합니다.

So you must learn to yield and serve others.

권력을 가진 사람들은 손쉽게 우리의 삶에 악영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.

People with power can easily affect our lives negatively.

그러므로 공무원이나 경찰 등의 권력을 가진 이들에게 순종하는 태도를 가지는 것이 평안한 삶을 이루는 데 필수적이에요.

So being obedient to public servants and police is necessary.

이들과 싸우거나 갈등을 빚는다면 기도가 막히게 되어 하나님과 깊고 친밀한 교제를 못하게 되기 때문입니다.

Fighting with them will block prayers, and it’ll be hard to keep close to God.

우리는 이 땅에서 성공하고 잘되고 부자가 되는 일에 삶의 목적이 있지 않습니다.

Our goal is not the fame and riches in this world.

우리의 소망은 하늘나라이며 영생을 얻는 일이 삶의 목적이죠.

Our ultimate goal is to enter heaven; our life’s mission is to earn eternal life.

그러므로 이러한 일을 방해하는 모든 일은 절제하며 피해야합니다.

So anything and everything that distracts us from doing so must be eliminated.

악한 영들이 우리 주변을 호시탐탐 엿보며 죄를 짓게 하여 기도를 막고 있다는 사실을 항상 잊지말아야합니다.

You must not forget that demons will always watch and tempt us to sin and stumble.

하나님이 듣지 않는 기도를 하지 말라

Don’t pray what God won’t spend time on.

기도를 시작하면 하나님이 듣고 계십니다.

When you start praying, God listens.

그러나 대부분의 기도를 외면하고 계십니다.

But most prayers are forgotten.

기도란 하나님께 대화를 시도하는 것이기에 하나님은 무슨 얘기를 하나 귀를 기울이고 들으십니다.

A prayer is an attempt to talk to God; so He listens to see what the prayer is about.

그러나 그 내용이나 태도가 하나님의 뜻에 맞지 않는다면 그러한 기도는 공중에 사라지는 소리에 불과한 거죠.

If it doesn’t meet His criteria, your prayer is just another sound frequency disappearing into thin air.

많은 크리스천들이 기도해도 하나님이 함께 하시는 증거도, 열매도 없는 이유가 그렇습니다. 하나님이 듣지 않는 기도를 하기 때문입니다.

Many Christians pray to no avail because He doesn’t listen to their prayers.

그러나 안타깝게도, 우리네 교회에서는 하나님이 기뻐하시는 뜻에 대한 기도가 무엇인지 가르치지 않습니다. 그냥 응답을 얻어내기 위한 전투적이고 희생적인 기도에만 열을 올리기 일수죠.

Unfortunately, the church today do not teach what God looks for; thus, people only focus on how sacrificial their prayers are.

하나님은 영이시기 때문에 우리의 마음을 읽고 계시며 속내를 투명하게 보고 계십니다.

God is spirit. He reads our minds as well as our deep thoughts.

하나님이 듣지 않는 기도를 하려면 차라리 기도를 하지 않는 게 낫습니다.

It’d be better not to pray at all if you pray prayers God won’t listen to.

기도해보고 응답이 없다면 실망과 좌절에 빠져 자그마한 믿음조차도 잃어버리고 하나님을 떠날까 두렵기 때문입니다.

You’re most likely to be disappointed and leave God if you don’t get any answers.

하나님이 듣지 않는 기도는 형식적으로 기도하는 겁니다.

Prayer God is uninterested is the prayer done as a formality.

하나님과 깊은 교감이 없이 입으로만 기도하는 행위는 하나님과 아무런 상관이 없어요.

Praying only with your mouth doesn’t have anything to do with God.

또한 탐욕적으로 기도하는 것도 마찬가지입니다. 하나님은 우리가 세상에서 잘되고 성공하는 것보다 영혼이 잘되기를 원하시며 하나님이 지으신 목적에 맞도록 살기를 원하십니다.

Same thing with prayers filled with greed. God wants our soul to be in a better state than our body,

그러나 우리는 그런 하나님의 뜻에 아랑곳없이 오직 잘 먹고 잘 사는 것에만 관심이 있죠.

Many of us are only interested in our physical well being on earth.

그러므로 하나님의 나라를 위해, 그 의를 위해 기도하는 것이 우선이 되어야 합니다.

We must ask for His kingdom and will to come and be done.

하나님의 나라를 위해 살기를 애쓰는 종들이라면 세상에서 평안하고 형통한 삶을 인도해주십니다.

God grants peaceful life for those who live for His kingdom.

그러나 그런 생각이나 목적이 없는 이들이라면 아무리 희생적인 기도를 할지라도 고단하고 팍팍한 인생이 되는 겁니다.

But if people do not have the goal of carrying out God’s will, their lives will be in pain and suffering no matter how hard they pray.

또한 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩한 성품을 가지려고 애써야 합니다.

And you must strive to have holy character.

교회에 오면 경건하고 희생적인 신앙의 행위를 보이더라도 세상의 삶에서는 세상 사람과 다름이 없는 사람이라면 그런 기도를 듣지 않습니다.

He doesn’t accept prayer of people who show holy characters only when they are in church.

물론 우리는 늘 부족하고 연약하기에 아무리 조심하고 노력할지라도 죄를 짓고 살아갈 수밖에 없는 존재입니다.

Yes, we are always weak and far from being perfect; we cannot help it and sin.

그러므로 죄를 회개하며 죄를 멀리하려고 부단한 노력을 하며 살아야합니다.

So we must constantly repent and try staying away from sins.

어쩔 수 없이 죄를 지을지라도 하나님은 사람의 연약함을 불쌍히 여기며 그 기도를 들으십니다.

Even if we sin, God listens to our prayers, knowing we are weak.

이를 모르는 이들이라면 성경을 읽고 깨달음을 얻고 기도를 통해 지혜를 얻어야 하지요.

If you never knew about this, you must gain wisdom through the Bible and prayer.

이를 알지라도 행위를 고치려하지 않는 자들의 기도는 하나님이 듣지 않습니다.

If you knew but do not see the need to improve, God won’t accept the prayers.

자신의 기도가 오랜 시간 응답이 없으며 하나님이 함께 하시는 증거나 열매가 없다면, 그 기도가 듣지 않는 기도인지 곰씹어 볼일입니다.

If your prayers don’t get answered after a while, you may want to ponder and see if your prayers were acceptable in God’s eyes.

종교적인 하나님이 아니라 실제적인 하나님을 만나라

Meet true God, not the religious concept of God.

많은 크리스천들은 실존적인 하나님을 만나지 못하고 종교적이고 관념적인 하나님만 알고 있습니다.

Many Christians know the concept of God; they have never met Him.

그들은 성경에서 약속한 놀라운 이적과 기적, 능력을 읽고 듣고는 있지만 삶의 현장에서 체험하지 못하죠.

They know all the miracles written in the Bible, but they do not experience them.

일시적으로 하나님의 은혜를 받는 이들도 있지만 이들의 은혜는 그리 오래 가지 않습니다.

Some do receive His grace and mercy, but often times, they fade away.

자기가 노력해서 얻은 게 아니라 선물로 얻어진 것에 불과하기 때문이에요.

It’s because they’ve received them as gifts; they didn’t earn them.

성령이 내주하는 은혜를 경험하였더라도 끊임없는 기도와 말씀으로 성령이 내주하는 동력에 대해 무지하다면 오래 갈 수가 없습니다.

You won’t be able to keep the Holy Spirit unless you keep praying for his indwelling.

일상의 삶에서 하나님을 찾고 찬양하고 감사하고 경배하지 않는다면 성령의 활동이 소멸됩니다.

The Holy Spirit will leave if you don’t worship, thank, and praise Him in your daily life.

모든 크리스천이라면 예수그리스도가 하나님의 아들이심을 믿고, 그 믿음으로 영생을 얻는다고 확신하고 있습니다.

All Chrinstians believe and accept Jesus is the son of God; they believe that belief will get them the eternity.

천국과 지옥이 존재하며 천사와 사탄과 귀신들의 존재도 인정하고 있습니다.

They accept heaven and hell, as well as angels and demons.

그러나 오랜 설교에서 들어왔으며 성경에 기록되어 있기에 부정할 수 없습니다.

They don’t deny it because they’ve heard this many times in church.

그러나 살아계신 하나님을 삶의 현장에서 매일 경험하지 못하고 있다면 영적인 세계와 영적인 존재에 대한 믿음은 막연하게 생각될 수밖에 없죠.

But those are mere ideas if they cannot meet God and experience his presence in their lives.

눈으로 보고 귀로 들으며 과학적인 실험으로 인정되지 않기에 영적인 통로를 통해 깨달음을 얻으며 삶의 현장에서 체험하지 않는다면 확신을 갖는 것은 어렵습니다.

It’s hard to be certain unless they see and hear for themselves.

대다수의 크리스천들의 신앙이 물러터지고 믿음이 견고하지 않은 이유입니다.

That’s why many Christians do not have firm faith.

실제적인 하나님을 매일 체험하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 실제적인 하나님을 만나려면 성령이 내주하는 기도가 필수적입니다.

They do not experience God. in order to meet God, prayer for the Holy Spirit’s indwelling is a must.

성령이 우리 안에 오시면 영적인 세계에 대한 확고한 깨달음을 얻으며 날마다의 삶에서 체험을 통해 그분을 경험하기 때문이에요.

When the Holy Spirit comes to us, we gain the full understanding of the spiritual realm.

영안이 열리고 영적인 능력을 얻으면 악한 영들을 깨닫게 되며 그들과 싸우는 삶을 살게 되지요. 하나님과 천사, 사탄과 귀신들을 영적인 통로를 통해 매일 매일 경험하게 되는 겁니다.

We become able to fight against demons. We become able to experience God, angels, demons, and Satan on a daily basis.

이렇게 실제적인 하나님을 만나는 삶이 없다면 문제가 심각합니다.

It is a problem if one cannot meet God daily.

성령으로 다시 태어나지 못한다면 하나님의 나라에 들어가지 못한다고 예수님이 못 막으셨기 때문입니다.

Jesus strictly said people cannot enter heaven if they’re not born again through the Holy Spirit.

관념적인 신앙과 지식적인 믿음을 가지고는 천국은 언감생심이에요.

Conceptual faith won’t get you anywhere.

성령인 내주하시는 기도와 성경의 깨달음으로 실제적인 하나님을 만나는 신앙을 회복하여야 합니다.

You must meet God and keep your faith through the prayer and realization through the Bible.

기도했으면 때를 기다리라

Wait for the opportune moment once you prayed.

많은 사람들은 기도를 시작하면 무섭게 응답이 내려오기를 기대하고 있습니다.

People expect an answer right away, as soon as they pray.

몇 주를 기도해고 아무런 응답이 없으면 희생을 강도를 높여요. 새벽기도를 작정하고 헌금을 드릴 것을 결단하며 기도원에 올라가 금식기도를 결심하지요.

If they don’t see results in a few weeks, they heighten their intensity; they promise to attend early morning prayer meetings, give more offering money, and fast at a prayer center.

이는 하나님을 압박하는 행위입니다. 하나님이 누구십니까?

This is an act of pressuring God. Who is God again?

그분은 전지전능하며 인간의 생사화복뿐 아니라 천국과 지옥을 결정하시는 두려운 분이시죠.

He is the almighty God who governs heaven and hell, as well as our lives.

그런 하나님에게 자신의 결정사항을 관철하기위해 압박을 가한다는 게 얼마나 무지하며 가증한 일입니까?

How despicable is it to pressure god to understand and come to one’s aid for his/her decision?

물론 그렇게 하더라도 하나님의 원칙이 바뀔 리가 없습니다.

Even then, God’s criteria doesn’t change.

그분은 성경에 기록된 자신의 뜻을 바꾸시지 않겠다는 결정사항을 확고부동하게 밝히셨습니다.

He said so Himself in the Bible that He won’t change His word.

제가 오랫동안 기도한 경험으로는, 하나님이 응답해주시는 때는 기도자의 믿음과 태도에 달려있다는 겁니다.

From my personal experience, God’s answer all depends on the prayer’s faith and attitude.

아무리 희생적인 기도를 오래 했더라도 하나님이 기뻐하시는 믿음이 부족하고 하나님 뜻에 합당한 태도가 없다면 응답은 아주 더디게 옵니다.

No matter how hard you pray, the answer won’t come if you don’t have faith.

평생 오지 않는 일도 허다해요. 사실 응답이 내려오는 때는 우리의 소원과 아무런 상관이 없이 오로지 그분의 뜻에 달려있습니다.

There are prayers that are never answered. It is all for God to decide.

그러므로 응답을 받으려면 응답이 올 때까지 성실하고 간절한 기도를 계속하면 되어요.

In order to receive answers, you must pray in desperate manner until you receive.

성령이 내주하시는 기도를 하게 되면 응답이 오지 않는 이유에 대해 깨달음으로 알게 되며, 최고의 때에 응답을 주신다는 믿음이 들기 때문에 그 때에 일희일비하지 않습니다.

Once you start praying for the Holy Spirit’s indwelling, you won’t be shaken by anything, for you’ll have the faith that He will answer in His time.

인내가 기도의 열매라고 밝히신 이유도 이와 다르지 않습니다.

That is why patience is called the fruit of the prayer.

신앙의 선배들은 하나님의 뜻에 의문부호를 달지 않고 고단하고 팍팍한 인생을 달게 받아들이고 살다가 이 땅을 떠나갔습니다.

Our predecessors did not question God’s will and accepted what they were given.

잔혹한 고문에도 마음이 흔들리지 않았고 죽음을 앞에 두고도 담담하게 받아들였어요.

They accepted their death and tool the torture bravely.

심지어는 찬양하며 사자 굴에 들어간 이들도 있었습니다.

There are people who walked into the lions' den, praising God.

사실 믿음이 미지근하며 영적으로 침체된 이유도 고단한 삶속에서 환난을 이겨내면서 강인한 신앙을 키워내지 못했기 때문입니다.

The reason for lukewarm faith is the lack of growth in tiring lives we go through.

믿음이란 고난과 고통 속에서 단단하게 굳어지기 마련이죠.

Faith hardens over time in pain and suffering.

하나님의 뜻을 기다리는 인내가 바로 믿음과 동일하게 여겨지는 이유입니다.

The patience for God’s answer is equivalent to faith.

응답이 더디면 조급해하고 실망하고 좌절하는 이유가 무엇일까요?

What is the reason for being impatient for slow answers?

하나님의 뜻보다는 자신의 뜻이 앞서기 때문 아닌가요?

Isn’t that because your will precedes God’s?

세상에서 잘되고 성공하며 매사가 자신의 뜻대로 되어야한다면 하나님이 주인이 아니라 자신이 주인이 된 탓이에요.

You are the Lord of yourself, not God if you want to be successful in this world, having the world operate however you please..

교회에 와서 하나님을 주인이라고 부르며 희생적인 종교행위를 반복하더라도 하나님을 주인으로 섬기는 태도가 없다면 아무런 열매가 없을 겁니다.

Even if you claim that God is your Lord and show how religious you are, there won’t be answers to your prayers if you don’t serve God deep inside your heart.

기도했으면 최고의 때에 응답을 주신다는 믿음을 가지고 기다려야 하죠.

Once you have prayed, you must show faith that God will answer you at the best time. Believe and wait.

그러한 태도가 바로 최고 믿음의 비밀이며 응답이 신속하게 내려오는 비결입니다.

This attitude is how to build faith as well as to receive fast answers.
