JESUS: THE LINK OR THE ACCESS TO GOD THE FATHER 2
JESUS: THE LINK OR THE ACCESS TO GOD THE FATHER 2
“MY FATHER HAS ENTRUSTED EVERYTHING TO ME [Jesus]. No one truly knows the Son except the Father, AND NO ONE TRULY KNOWS THE FATHER EXCEPT THE SON AND THOSE TO WHOM THE SON CHOOSES TO REVEAL HIM.”
Matthew 11:27 (NLT)
"JESUS said to him, “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE. No one comes to the Father EXCEPT THROUGH ME [Jesus]."
John 14:6 (NKJV)
• When a relationship is established with God through Christ Jesus, you are expected to work at the relationship and make it grow. The working At the relationship for the growth of It, is called fellowship or communion.
- Those who claimed to be believers in Christ, who fellowshipped not with God, would still be seeing God as One who is afar; there would be no communion or fellowship per SE, between such believers and God.
- Such a person, who claims to be a Believer, would still be looking for someone who would help to pray or plead on his or her behalf when they needed something from God—because the relationship they had with God has not grown or developed to friendship or communion level.
- The goal and aspiration of God for every Believer, whoever is relating with Him, is to grow in their relationships with Him and become His friends.
- Abraham was called God's Friend because of his communion with God:
"AND THE SCRIPTURE WAS FULFILLED WHICH SAYS, “ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS ACCOUNTED TO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” AND HE WAS CALLED THE FRIEND OF GOD" (James 2:23 NKJV).
READ: 2 Chronicles 20:7; Isaiah 41:8 - And this also Jesus affirmed with His disciples, that He would no longer call them servants:
14 YOU ARE MY FRIENDS IF YOU DO WHAT I COMMAND. 15 I NO LONGER CALL YOU SLAVES, BECAUSE A MASTER DOESN'T CONFIDE IN HIS SLAVES. NOW YOU ARE MY FRIENDS, SINCE I HAVE TOLD YOU EVERYTHING THE FATHER TOLD ME" (John 15:14,15 NLT). - This friendship of which is being shared or talked about here, is the Desire of God in His relationship with every of His child—the Believers in Christ Jesus.
• Thus, Christianity is not a religion at all, It is all about walking, or relating, with God—being a disciple, or a pupil, of His. Having a fellowship or communion together with Him.
- But this could only be or happen:
a. through faith in the substitutionary death, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ—when you believed it in your Heart; Accepted and confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
b. By being submissive unwaveringly; that is, being faithful and obedient to whatever God says. - Note: a Believer's spirit, inward Man, becomes New At new birth. Thus, his or her intuition is active.
a. Such relates or fellowships with God through their spirit—the inward Man (John 4:23,24). The intuition, fellowship, and conscience, which are the three basic components of the human spirit—the inward Man.
b. He or she is taught the secrets of the Kingdom through the fellowshipping with God.
c. If such obeyed and practiced things they are being taught by the Holy Spirit, via intuition; the spiritual growth or spiritual soundness of the believer is accelerated.
• If you follow or practice Jesus' Teachings, you would know and understand God the Father.
- The teachings of Christ, which are further expatiated in the epistles written by the foundational Apostles and Prophets (Ephesians 2:20; 3:5), would tell you or cause you to understand God—Who He is, what He wants, and what He does not.
- The New Testament church is built on the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Revelation or Teaching given to the foundational Apostles and the Prophets:
19 SO now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. YOU ARE MEMBERS OF GOD'S FAMILY. 20 TOGETHER, WE ARE HIS HOUSE, BUILT ON THE FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES AND THE PROPHETS. AND THE CORNERSTONE IS CHRIST JESUS HIMSELF. 21 We are carefully joined together in Him, BECOMING A HOLY TEMPLE FOR THE LORD. 22 THROUGH HIM YOU GENTILES ARE ALSO BEING MADE PART OF THIS DWELLING WHERE GOD LIVES BY HIS SPIRIT" (Ephesians 2:19-22 NLT).
• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
- Should there be any ailment in your body, you are made whole now in Jesus' name.
Peace!

b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
