8 “MY THOUGHTS ARE NOTHING LIKE YOUR THOUGHTS,” SAYS THE LORD. “AND MY WAYS ARE FAR BEYOND ANYTHING YOU COULD IMAGINE.
9 For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, SO MY WAYS ARE HIGHER THAN YOUR WAYS AND MY THOUGHTS HIGHER THAN YOUR THOUGHTS."
Isaiah 55:8–9 (NLT)

• God is too much! We cannot fathom; comprehend or grasp, His understanding. His ways are far beyond anything a carnal mind could imagine (1 Corinthians 2:9).

  • If God had promised you anything, just believe and allow Him to work It out in His own Way.
  • Whatever you could imagine or reason out, might not be of God. He would not do a thing in the way you have imagined it. When God promises to do a thing, It is settled, He would surely make it good.
  • Whatever God had promised to do, is settled from the foundation of the world. He knew you before you were formed in the womb (Jeremiah 1:5).
  • He knew you would be born on the Earth and fulfil a particular purpose:
11-12 EVEN BEFORE THEY WERE BORN OR HAD DONE ANYTHING GOOD OR BAD, the Lord told Rebekah that her older son would serve the younger one. THE LORD SAID THIS TO SHOW HE MAKES HIS OWN CHOICES AND IT WASN'T BECAUSE OF ANYTHING EITHER OF THEM HAD DONE. 13 That's why the Scriptures say that the Lord liked Jacob more than Esau" (Romans 9:11-13 (Contemporary English Version).

• God created you for a purpose. The purpose you were meant to fulfil is not because of the good or bad you had done: "WHO SAVED US AND CALLED US TO A HOLY CALLING, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR WORKS BUT BECAUSE OF HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE, WHICH HE GAVE US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE AGES BEGAN" (2 Timothy 1:9 ESV).

  • The election and calling of whoever is chosen by God, is not of works. Whatever God wanted you to do or be, is not by works—not by your own efforts. It is purely by God's Grace, His mercy, that His purpose or plan might stand or be fulfilled (2 Timothy 1:9).
  • Trying to reason out how God's purpose for your life would be fulfilled with your natural mind—your thinking and plans—could be stressful.
  • Discovery of God's purpose as it relates to an individual is through the revelation knowledge of God. And the fulfilment or the accomplishment of it is through His Grace and enablement.
  • If the purpose of God is discovered, the enabling grace to fulfil it, would surely be given alongside with It—the purpose or vision.
  • God reveals His purpose for an individual believer, to him or her, through the Holy Spirit:
9 THAT IS WHAT THE SCRIPTURES MEAN WHEN THEY SAY, “NO EYE HAS SEEN, NO EAR HAS HEARD, AND NO MIND HAS IMAGINED WHAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.” 10 BUT IT WAS TO US THAT GOD REVEALED THESE THINGS BY HIS SPIRIT. FOR HIS SPIRIT SEARCHES OUT EVERYTHING and SHOWS US GOD'S DEEP SECRETS" (1 Corinthians 2:9-10 (NLT).
  • The mind of God is revealed to those who love Him through the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:9,10). God has a great plan for your life, which cannot be fathomed by your limitative human mind. Your communion with the Holy Spirit would reveal it to you: "FOR AS MANY AS ARE LED by the SPIRIT OF GOD, THESE ARE SONS [daughters] OF GOD" (Romans 8:14 NKJV).

• Accessing God's plan for your life.
(i) The journey starts with being born-again (John 3:3-6). Acknowledging that Jesus died for your Sin and resurrected for your justification (Romans 4:25). Thus, a need to Accept Him as your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
(ii) You build intimacy with God, through the Holy Spirit and the reading, studying, pondering and the doing or practicing of His Word (John 14:16,17,26; James 1:22-25).
(iii) Be prompt in obeying Him. Whatever you are instructed to do, should be done promptly—be done or performed without any delay.

• Do not be myopic in your thinking. Feed your mind with the Word of God that your thoughts may align with that of God for your life (Romans 12:2).

  • Some could not comprehend what God is communicating to them, regarding His plans for them, thus they are still At the level they have been or used to be till now (2 Timothy 3:7; Hebrews 5:11,12).
  • Whatever God wanted to do in your life, He would want you to see it with your eyes of understanding. What God could not get you to see or be convinced about, on the inside of you; such He might not be able to do in your life.
  • Always pray that God will give you the Spirit of wisdom, the revelation in the knowledge of Him, and your eyes of understanding be enlightened (Ephesians 1:17,18).
  • When your mind is enlightened by the Holy Spirit through the Scriptures, you would know that which God has in plan for your life (1 Corinthians 2:9-12).
  • Your view points are changed through the transformation of your Mind—and that by the knowledge of the Word of God. You begin to see things the way God sees them.
  • To get this done:
    a. Read and study the Word of God, the Bible, and ponder on it daily (James 1:22-25).
    b. Live a holy life. Do not toil with Sin (1 Peter 1:15,16).
    c. Pray consistently, and most importantly in the language of the Spirit—tongues (1 Corinthians 14:2,14; Jude 20).

• It is my prayer that you will not fail in Jesus' name.

  • Whatever is against your health and wellness is cursed and uprooted in Jesus' name.
  • As you are being made free, your deliverance is declared permanent in Jesus' name.
    Peace!

• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

  • If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
