“AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD to those who LOVE God, to those WHO ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE.”
Romans 8:28 (NKJV)

If you love God and do believe that you are among those who are the called according to His purpose, all things will work together for your good.
God monitors, observes or watches, a believer's life as he walks with Him.
God will not allow or permit in your life anything, problem, which you cannot handle. Whatever happens to a believer, God has given him enough grace, ability or enablement to handle the challenge:
“NO TEMPTATION HAS OVERTAKEN YOU EXCEPT SUCH AS IS COMMON TO MAN; BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL, WHO WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BE TEMPTED BEYOND WHAT YOU ARE ABLE, BUT WITH THE TEMPTATION WILL ALSO MAKE THE WAY OF ESCAPE, THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO BEAR IT” (1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV).

Besides, the challenges that are permitted in your life by God are meant to build an approved character in you (Romans 5:3,4).
God would permit character building circumstances in your life that He may mould and shape you, build you as the type of vessel He wishes to use:
20 BUT IN A GREAT HOUSE THERE ARE NOT ONLY VESSELS OF GOLD AND SILVER, BUT ALSO OF WOOD AND CLAY, SOME FOR HONOUR AND SOME FOR DISHONOUR. 21 THEREFORE IF ANYONE CLEANSES HIMSELF FROM THE LATTER, HE WILL BE A VESSEL FOR HONOR, SANCTIFIED AND USEFUL FOR THE MASTER, PREPARED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK” (2 Timothy 2:20,21 NKJV).
Therefore, If you loved God, everything that happened in your life is for your good. The devil might mean it for evil, but God would turn it to good, because He has a purpose for your life. Not only that, those who love God are hated by the devil, the accuser of brethren (Revelation 12:10).
The more you love God, the more the devil hates you (2 Timothy 3:12; Luke 21:17).

“AND THE DRAGON WAS ENRAGED WITH THE WOMAN, AND HE WENT TO MAKE WAR WITH THE REST OF HER OFFSPRING, WHO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD AND HAVE THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS CHRIST.”
Revelation 12:17(NKJV)

“AND YOU WILL BE HATED BY ALL FOR MY NAME’S SAKE.”
Luke 21:17 (NKJV)

God has a purpose for your life; although the devil would want to fight, that the purpose might not be fulfilled.
The devil wanted to kill the Baby Jesus through the machination of Herod, he wanted to abort the purpose of Jesus’ coming to the earth, but his plan flopped and was aborted by God (Matthew 2:1-15,19-21).
God’s purpose about your life will surely be fulfilled, if you walk in agreement with Him. The core of christianity is to cooperate and submit to the plans and purposes of God for your life.

God wants every child of His to deliberately and consciously adopt a posture of unwavering trust and submission to Him. This posture will help the person, the believer, to stand firm when tribulations come (Ephesians 6:10,11).
If a believer adopts the posture of unwavering trust and commitment in God, such a believer would know that whatever happened, God knows about it, that God has his best interests at heart—that what happened will work out for his or her good.
A believer who will adopt this posture must be:
• Someone who loves the truth and believes in the integrity of the Word of God—the Bible.
• Someone who believes that God cannot lie, and that He magnified His Word above His name (Psalm 138:2).

“GOD IS NOT A MAN, THAT HE SHOULD LIE, NOT A SON OF MAN, THAT HE SHOULD REPENT. HAS HE SAID, AND WILL HE NOT DO? OR HAS HE SPOKEN, AND WILL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD?”
Numbers 23:19 (NKJV)

This is the best posture any believers can adopt; and it is the posture that God wants every believer to adopt.
The posture of unwavering trust in God, and that of commitment and total submission to Him.
Know that you are called, saved, redeemed, according to God’s plan and purpose; whatever the adversary, Satan, does, he cannot abort God’s plan: “WHO HAS SAVED US AND CALLED US WITH A HOLY CALLING, NOT ACCORDING TO OUR WORKS, BUT ACCORDING TO HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE WHICH WAS GIVEN TO US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE TIME BEGAN" (2 Timothy 1:9 NKJV).

Peace!
