Modern day SLAVERY

From the annals of history conveniently etched in a sign for a boardwalk in Philly to present day human commodities walking, talking, laughing and dancing through the night, unaware of their ever present chains of bondage, fused to their very members; SLAVERY is alive and well:

“Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:34‬ ‭

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:16‬ ‭

But where a soul is bound the cry of freedom can be found. No matter the time, whether it once was fervent abolitionists rising against the preceding grain set in place by their own forefathers or presently two unassuming disciples of JESUS CHRIST, breaking asunder sinful chains of oppression through the liberty soaked words of the Gospel;
being free, can and WILL be attained:

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:36‬ ‭

“Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:18‬ ‭
