Hey @ewkaw how are you? Hope you had an amazing Christmas. Here in our country most people love sweet ham. Although there are some varieties of ham that I would eat as is, like the Chinese leg ham which has just a little bit of sweetness with the perfect balance of saltiness.
I am ok :)
We normally have ham salty way. Either way smoked with mix of spices and herbs or cooked. Never the sweet way.
