It has the bottom layer which is presumably grounded

The middle layer lets you put circuits

And the top layer lets you complete the circuit

When the circuit is completed, electricity flows through another component

Some of these circuits were designed with a bottom layer of circuits that is not outlined in the conventional use of the technology

Some mechanism can be used to sabotage the completion of the circuit the false, sabotage circuits were being passed as real technology

The circuits were a coupled with the use of other things, like a recording, the users, using faulty technology, and stimulating their body with chemicals and electrodes as they operate these devices

They would record them, having adverse reactions to the technology, failing, and then broadcast them on the media as though they were incompetent

Their character, and using it as a form of media and electronic terrorism

Causing the user to become, terrified and frantically running away from the technology, or trying to solve the problem without any real understanding of how the technology is being designed

Using this in the highest level of government sabotaging, not just the power grid, but also military structures and phone cables

This is one of the most advanced forms of Eco terrorism ever seen

Theories and Raytheon are currently attempting to sabotage the power grid run so that they can’t be challenged for power, and Saudi Arabia the birthplace of the company, Raytheon, who develops these technologies
