Wow. Good to see the popular Ganges River in this photograph. I've heard and read quite a lot about it - even Andrew Marvel mentioned it in his To His Coy Mistress. Thanks for capturing this great shot for our viewing pleasure.
Glad you like it. The Ganges comes flowing out of the Himalayas at Rishikesh. Up there in the mountains, the water is still quite clean and beautiful. And when I took this shot, the evening glow lit up the town so beautifully.

It's great to know that the River Ganges flow out from Himalayas at Rishikesh. And you took this shot at a perfect time - when the rays of the sun hung over the beautiful town. Look forward to more of this, sir.
