A City Under the Clouds

Today I am sharing a series of photographs showing several tall buildings in the city set against a gray, overcast sky. I took these images from street level on a day when the weather was completely dominated by heavy clouds.

The lighting was uniform due to the lack of direct sun, which allowed me to focus on the buildings and the architecture. I walked through the streets looking for angles where the height of the buildings felt more imposing against the dense background. The monochromatic tone of the day gave the urban environment a solid and uniform appearance.
