Assalamu Alaikum dear steemians,

Ramadan Mubarak. I hope everyone is well. Today I'm sharing a diary with you. Let's start.

I have been sick for some days. Severe pain in the left leg. So walking is a lot of trouble. If you want to do any work on a daily basis, you have to walk first. If you have trouble walking, almost everything becomes a problem. The pain in the legs was mild at first. Walking too much would cause pain in the legs. If I took a little rest, it would be reduced again. But lately, even after a short walk, my legs are hurting a lot. At first I thought maybe it would get better automatically. But the pain is increasing day by day.

After informing my elder sister about the matter, she contacted a nurse she knew named Shilpi. She works in the chamber of specialist doctor M Yasin Ali. He is the Head of the Physiotherapy Department of Pro Active Medical College and Hospital. But he sees patients in his own chambers every day. His chamber is located at Jigatala, Dhanmondi. In collaboration with that nurse, I went to that doctor's chamber with my elder sister at 11 o'clock this morning. The picture below is a selfie taken on the way.

The first thing I had to do was go to the doctor's office and fill out a form. In that form I had to fill in all the other information including my name, age, weight, phone number, email address, etc. I was called to the doctor's room within 5 minutes of submitting the completed form. Dr. Yasin Ali is a very nice and calm person. He asked me about my problems. I told him everything. He examined my pain by moving my legs. Then he said the pain was mainly in the waist. He gave me some suggestions and wrote down the prescription. Then he asked me to come back to him with my waist x-ray test report.

I left the doctor's chambers and went to Medinova Hospital. I went there and collected the receipt by depositing the test money. X-ray room on the second floor of the hospital. There a doctor did an X-ray test of my waist.

I was told to wait a while after the X-ray test was completed. About half an hour later my waist x-ray report(Only Film) was ready. My sister and I returned home with the X-ray report. Because then at noon. The doctor will sit in his chamber again at three o'clock.

I teach a student said in a previous diary. Today, like every day, I have to go to students house. After returning home and resting for a while, I went out to the student's house. I went to the student's house and finished teaching the student. I started teaching this student on the 20th. One month has passed. So the student guardian paid me today. And a few days later Eid ul Fitr.

Anyway, I left the student's house and went straight to the doctor's chambers. After seeing the X-ray report, the doctor said that there was no major disease. If you take regular medicine and take physiotherapy, the pain will go away very quickly. He wrote down the names of some more medicines in the prescription. And advised to take physiotherapy. I have to go to the doctor's chambers for about a month to get physiotherapy. But on Eid holiday I will go home tomorrow morning. So he advised me to do some exercise and see me again after Eid. He also told me to take the medicine regularly.

Leaving the doctor's chambers, I first called a rickshaw puller. It was about five o'clock in the afternoon. There is a lot of traffic jam on Satmasjid Road after 5 pm on the day of Ramadan. I took some pictures while sitting in the rickshaw stuck in the traffic jam. I added those pictures below.

Less than a kilometer from the doctor's chambers to my house. But it took over 40 minutes to cross this little road due to the traffic jam. Meanwhile, it was time for Iftar. So I stopped the rickshaw in the middle of the road and bought some food for Iftar. Below I have added a picture of the food store.
