Checking in on the sloe gin

Just an update about my sloe gin batch.

For the first week I inverted each jar a few times each day; since then I've largely ignored it, but will continue to invert once a week.

Already it looks much closer to @weisser-rabe's batch. The beautiful pink colour is coming through and the gin is clearing nicely:

The main challenge now is to leave it alone! It really needs 3 months to reach maximum potential.
