分佈式通信項目—TOP network
從PC時代的信息互聯，到移動時代的人人互聯，再到今天所追求的萬物互聯乃至萬物智聯(Internet of thing)，通信技術已經徹底改變了人們的生產與生活方式。然而，在這個過程中也難免會因為過於集中的中心化場景而造成“信息孤島”。在這樣的背景下，需要傳統的通信技術與去中心化網絡緊密結合，創造一個解決方案來打破這一局面，在這背景下，Top network 誕生了！

TOP network由Steve Wei於2017年創辦。Steve是一個成功的連續創業者。他是矽谷傳奇企業WebEx的最早員工之一，貢獻了主要代碼。離開WebEx後，他創辦了視頻會議軟件公司盛維新世紀，2010年被華為收購，證明項目在通信的技術發展上經驗十足。
