Is the person who wrote the post the same person who developed steemb? I think if the info is wrong on steemb it should be brought up with the developer as I can't blame the person posting for trusting that that info was reliable.

    Yes. Steven1980 authored the post and is the name in the copyright at the bottom of the steemb page.
