繼上次介紹了一間任食火鍋給大家之後,老實說,在寒冷的冬天,很想再食一次火鍋,但這次選擇的是蒸氣鍋加麻辣鍋,一個鍋兩種食的方法。雖然不知口味如何,不過不試又怎知合不合口味呢?

Last time I introduced an all you can eat hotpot restaurant. I don't know if you guys interested about it. Since I am a super big fan of hotpot, I decide to go visit hotpot restaurant again. However, there is a bit difference than before. This is a combination of steam pot an hotpot. You can use both method to cook you food. Worth a try guys.

就麻辣湯底而言,當然沒有專門食麻辣火鍋的店家那麼好食,因為湯底的麻、辣、香構成整個基底。死辣、死麻,其實都很影響整體質素。但就這間店而言,還算可以。
For chili hot pot, of coz the quality is no comparison with those specialised on chili hotpot's restaurant. However, for this restaurant, the chili soup is ok.
不得不提的是它的蒸氣鍋套餐,一人百幾塊港幣,可以食龍蝦、鮑魚、帶子等海鮮食材,性價比相當高。
For its steam pot set, you can enjoy abalone, scallop, clam and lobster for only hundred something hk dollars. What a deal.
惟一要說的是它的位置有點偏僻,很難找到,再者,衛生情況有待改善,不過對食慣大排檔的風味的我來說,問題不大。
The only thing I want to say is about the location and hygiene. Location of the restaurant is hard to find and the hygienic situation can be improved.
