Steemit中文社区文学写作发展的一些思考规划 Some Reflections On the Development of Steemit Chinese Literature Community

　　文学群创建两天来，加入人数已经超过100人，发展的速度超过了我的预期，这也不得不迫使我要尽快思考下接下来的一些事情，比如，如何更好地发展和服务于大家？

　　Since we formed a Chinese Literature group 2 days ago, there are already more than 100 members . Such rapid growth is truly beyond my expectation, therefore i need to consider what’s coming next, such as how to develop our community and serve you better?

　　熟悉我的朋友都知道，建立这个区块链文学写作爱好者群的主要宗旨，就是为了繁荣和多元化steemit中文社区，把更多对文学和写作的爱好者聚集起来，鼓励更多的人参与到文学创作道路，发掘和发现更多高质量的文学作品，以及更长远的提供更好的平台和机会给其中优秀的作者，如联系出版商等(欢迎有认识这方面的朋友推荐和介绍给我，我的微信rivalhw)、提供更多的创作活动等。

　　Those who know me well would understand that my main objective to start this blockchain literature group is to promote and diversify our Chinese community on Steemit, to gather literature enthusiasts, encourage more people to take part in creative writing, and discover outstanding works, therefore it’s to provide a long-term platform and opportunity to talented writers, such as reaching out to publishers (if anyone has contacts to introduce us, please add me on WeChat: @rivalhw) and organize more writing activities.

　　对于文学群的接下来的发展，我自己思考了一些，在这里做下记录：

　　Regarding the development of our Chinese literature group, i have these following thoughts:

　　1、鼓励和吸引更多的文学写作者加入进来，加入到steemit平台；

　　To encourage and attract more writers to join us and join the steemit platform;
　　无论你是作者，或者是新手，或者只是想做围观吃瓜群众，我们都欢迎你的加入；

　　Whether you are a writer or a newbie, or just a reader, we welcome all.

　　2、对于steemit上cn-reader下的作品，我们会定期特别关注和点赞，甚至点评;

　　We will pay close attention to “#cn-reader” posts, regularly upvote and comment.

　　对于cn-reader标签的使用，目前我们没有太严格的限制。cn-reader标签主要是面向中文社区的文学类文章，内容题材目前不限，包括文学类、小说、诗歌、散文等，也可以是生活体验、写作技巧等，所谓文学高于生活，但毕竟还是来源于生活嘛。

　　The “cn-reader” tag is used for Chinese posts on Steemit, at the moment there is no restriction on topics. It could be anything about literature, novel, poem, essay, or life experiences, writing techniques, etc. “Literature is larger than life, but it’s also inspired by life.”

　　3、人多了，事务必然会增加，我们希望能成立一个文学群组委会，今后更好地服务于大家；

　　More members, more duties. We hope to establish a committee to serve everyone better. 

　　组委会不仅肩负着文学群定期作品的审核和点评，也负责群里部分日常事务。我们的想法是：3：2：2，即文学作者3人，管理者2人(其中一人最好是懂技术方面)，热心吃瓜群众2人，以上均要求为人做事公平公正公开。如果你觉得自己符合，也想参与，欢迎微信私信我(我的微信rivalhw);

　　This committee not only undertakes the review of Chinese literature posts, but also is responsible for daily affairs within the group. We are considering a 3:2:2 team, which means 3 people are in charge of literature review, 2 people are administrative staff (one of them should be familiar with the technical operations), 2 people are from our audience. All our staff shall be fair, just and open in their work. If you think you’re eligible to participate, you’re welcome to message me on WeChat @rivalhw.    

　　4、不定期举行活动，热闹和活跃steemit社区；

　　To organize events occasionally and make it more happening in our Chinese community on Steemit. 

　　这点 @jubi 同学最近做的谷歌点名就非常棒，我们号召有好主意的朋友，一起来筹办更多的活动，活跃steemit中文社区，我们欢迎这方面有奇思妙想的朋友联系我。无论活动是否成功与否，我们都非常感谢你为steemit社区做出的努力。

　　@jubi did a great job recently with his Google search contest. We encourage people with good ideas to come together, organize events and form a more active Chinese community. We welcome you all to brainstorm with us, whether it will be a success or not, we will appreciate your input for Steemit.

　　5、组合和联系更多的资源，为群里优秀的作者提供更广更好的机会；

　　Combine our resources and contacts, to provide better opportunities for the talented writers in our group. 

　　我们鼓励你创作出更好的文章，我们鼓励你在社区里自由组合，在社区里找到自己更好的资源搭配。对于发现的优秀作者，我们会尽量联系和提供更多的资源，如出版商等。我认为，一个明明可以靠脸吃饭的人，但却偏偏选择靠才华，才是一个真正出众的人。：）

　　We encourage you to write more, we encourage you to form your own team within the group, to find better resources in this community, such as publishers. I believe that a person who can make a living based on his looks but chooses to work on his talent, is a truly outstanding person. :)
