Shredded Chicken Breast/健身减脂餐之手撕鸡胸肉

作为一个重口味的湖南人,多油多盐剁辣椒是做菜的标准。然而最近感受到了年龄的恶意,新陈代谢明显不如以前,重口菜吃太多第二天脸就像被打了...再加上夏天快来了,每天都在给自己立flag的我极不情愿的开始了健身餐。但是像白水煮鸡肉这种非人类的吃法我肯定坚持不过2天就要吐,于是按照自己的口味给自己做了能下咽不难吃的手撕鸡胸肉。适合和我一样重口但是又想吃得健康一点的小伙伴!

  1. 鸡胸肉沸水下锅,加少许盐煮熟
  2. 鸡胸肉放凉,手撕成一条条
  3. 小火热油,放入蒜末,蚝油2勺,生抽一勺,辣椒粉2勺,葱和白糖少许
  4. 等所有调料开始冒小泡泡关火
  5. 将热好的调料放入鸡胸肉里,再加入切碎的香菜,拌匀

完成啦!

Steps:

  1. Put the chicken breast into boiling water until fully cooked. You can add some salt.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken.
  3. Add minced garlic, oyster oil, soy sauce, chili powder into heated oil until it bubbles.
  4. Pour steps3 onto the chicken and add some cilantro.
  5. Done and dig in!

湖南人呀...不吃辣的我大学时候去过一次长沙,待了两三天...当时买盖浇饭,第一次买,想试试微辣,结果辣死我了...第二次买,学聪明了,不要辣椒,结果,老板确实没放普通的辣椒,放的是泡的野山椒,简直辣哭T_T...

哈哈哈 有个笑话说 有人跟湖南厨师说 “这个菜别放辣椒” 厨师把锅扔了说那你来炒 我不会 😂
