Recently I always bring my kids for jogging at the reserved park nearby. Jogging is just a said, normally only doing walking there, because kids don't have much stamina to run too long. They'll dash for a short distance and started to walk. Myself just follow at the back. Sometime looks for some insects or animal to show them. This was a good park few years ago, after a burnt in the park, now only a few old huge trees left.

最近的周末都会带小孩子去附近的森林公园跑跑步。说好听是跑步，倒不如说是散步，因为根本没有小孩根本没有体力跑步。自己基本上都没流几滴汗。顺便带着他们看看有没有小昆虫小动物，顺便科教一下。曾经那是一个很好的地方，只是许多年前的一场火，摧毁几乎快整个森林公园，几十年的大树基本都没剩几棵了。

Not much calories burnt but at least they are improving.
根本没消耗多少热量，可是至少在进步中，期望锻炼好体能，可以去其他地方玩玩。
