Help to code automatically posting

I need some help on how to start coding a "bot" or an account which will post automatically every sunday and there it can pull out values from databases :)
I wanted to use @worldhelper more actively and to invest in Eco-friendly/Eco-Investment project on and outside of the steem blockchain.
I will start within the blockchain and later way later branch out to the real world, thats the goal.

Every steem from the account @worldhelper will be used to buy these tokens to help the projects :)
