Don't have a problem with coffee powder, since this is just ground coffee beans. I'm a bit more skeptical of instant coffee, although it's also made from coffee beans (at least in the EU). The taste is not really to my liking.

Molecular coffee? I don't know. Don't think the name will be legal in the EU. The environmental argument is not really sound, either. They use plants to produce it. So, you don't have to grow coffee, but instead you grow something else (they don't want to say what).
I would probably try it, if I get some sample for free, but definitely won't buy it.
