Coinbase sucks

In my continuing experiment in crypto i had purchased a couple etherium coins on coinbase. I wanted to test the process as a proof of function. I verified my ID and account. Coinbase is willing to take my money, but has locked me out from withdrawling it. No response from customer service. Feel like i have been robbed.
