How to Create Support Ticket on CoinEx
"Support ticket" is the best way for customers or users to interact with the support teams. When a user has problems, they can open support tickets and the service representatives will interact with the user by responding to the support tickets; and once the issue is resolved, the ticket will be closed.
To all CoinEx users, if you encounter any issue relating to the Exchange, you can create a ticket and your issue will be resolved by the support team.

How to Create Tickets on CoinEx
Go to CoinEx website www.coinex.com and click "Help" at the top.
On the page of "Help", you can click "Submit Request".
You don't need to be panic before you write a support ticket, just stay calm
On the page of "Submit Request", fill in the requested blanks:
Registered Email in CoinEx
You are to fill up the registered email of the account that is facing challenges. Don't fill another email, it must be the email of your account on CoinEx.
Subject
The support is like the topic of the problem you want the team to solve for you. You will have to write a concise subject line.
Select the issue type.
The type of the issue could be any of the following, but make sure you use the correct category
- Deposit
- Withdrawal
- Trading
- Margin Trading
- Contract Trading
- Sign up & Login
- Security
- ID verification
- Clients
- Promotions

- Business
- Suggestions & Complaint
- Other
Description
Describe the problem you are experiencing and detailed as possible as you can in order for it to be easier for the support team to solve. In short, give the full description of your problem
Attachment
Add a file or screenshot of the challenges you are facing. This will make it easier for the support team to point out the exact problem you are facing.
Then click "Submit"
A response then will be sent your email
