My great pleasure to all my friends who are so positive in mentoring me and taught me how to be strong in Steemit.
Thank you @coingecko for this initiative and this is my first entry aiming to be with you all the time.

I just remember myself, every night and day during my vacant hour, I kept on clicking my phone, wherever I go, I took photos around. Even the foods, before eating, it must be photograph.

What a coincidence that I took picture while we were making this native food from the mountain of MANOBO area, where my sister is a teacher. This place is a one step away from the clouds, a very cold mountain, an undeveloped place and my sister is one of those teacher for survival 10 years ago until now.

**The story of my native food begins! **

In a far flang mountains, they have a lot of foods just a footsteps ahead. And one of those is BANANA - "SAGING NA SABA".It happened last February 19,2019. I am working away from my family in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a housekeeper and I got a chance having my 30 days vacation to my parent in Bohol Philippines as my first stop, then to Cebu City. I traveled by land and sea then having my domestic flight for Cagayan DE Oro. And my final means of transportation was by single motorcycle to the mountain where my sister is teaching.

On that day, they were expecting a journalist visitor from GMA Philippines TV station named John Paul Seniel - a documentary journalist and taking by chance I gave him a Steemit account.

To make the story shorter, he loved BANANA CHOCOLATE ROLL The native people eat this for breakfast.

Early Sunday morning we boiled the banana fruit.

Boiled banana ready for the next step.

Making the wood fire to cook the banana.

It will take 1hour to cooked the banana. A native way of cooking.

Then we prepared a grinded young coconut meat for the mixture.

Then we mixed it with brown sugar.

Put the peeled 10pcs of bananas in a native stuff in making the banana dough finely. (losing ug awho) in Filipino dialect

This is me mixing the peeled banana with the swettened young coconut.

It will take patient time making this. Easy to look but hard to perform in mixing the banana with the swettened young coconut.

This is how it looks.

Flatten the mixture thinly and spread MILO POWDER - A KIND OF CHOCOLATE.
SPREAD IT EVENLY.

Roll it moderately, don't make it fast.

Then cut as you desire.

The final look. It was not an easy way of making this kind of native delicacy. People here were just eating the peeled banana directly and felt contented for a whole day sustenance.

We just made it as a gift to me and the journaliist who visited the school at the same time.

I hope you like it and better try it at home. I know you will be satisfied with the yummy taste of this food.
