"Hello friends, welcome to another video of mine. What's up, friends? How is everyone? I hope everyone is well and healthy.

Friends, we always seem busy. In our daily lives, we constantly rush through various tasks. But have we ever paused to think about finding ourselves? Where do I actually stand? Where is my life heading? How many of us actually think about this?

We are always worrying about our family, loved ones, and relatives. But sometimes, it feels like I have lost myself somewhere. That is why you should spare some time for yourself. No matter how busy you are, spend a little time on yourself.

You might think it is a waste of time, but this investment remains with you. It will eventually help you do something good for yourself. For example, take care of your health and be health-conscious. If your body is well, everything else will be fine. There is a saying, 'If health is good, the mind is also good.' When health is poor, the mind cannot focus on work, and you feel uncomfortable doing anything.

That is why I believe you should always set aside a specific time for yourself. Out of 24 hours, reserve 2 hours just for yourself. It would be much better if you use that time for physical exercise, health care, eating properly, or even gaining knowledge. And choose a medium for your own entertainment. After all, you spend enough time being busy for your family and relatives.

Good morning @aburihan1, that's right, in our daily lives we are always focused on many things and we forget to focus on ourselves. We are there to support our families, perform at work, help our friends, and suddenly the day is over without us stopping to think about ourselves and our own well-being.

I really like this idea that we should dedicate a few hours to ourselves, think about what we want, carry out our projects, go to the gym, do something for and by ourselves.
