๐Ÿ” Green Burger For Thursday Green Challenge

I took this photo of green burger last year in September on Zagreb Burger Festival. The festival took place in Zagreb (Croatia), at Josip Juraj Strossmayer's Park, one of the beautiful parks in the center of the city that forms famous Zagreb's Green Horseshoe.

The festival is held every year in mid of September and lasts about ten days. Unfortunately, this year I didn't have time to go there, and besides that this year September was quite rainy, so it wasn't very tempting for me trying to take some tasty burger bite under the umbrella.

This green burger was, in fact, a green chicken burger with cheese, cabbage, fennel, rocket, carrot, chicory and seeds. Its last year price was 34 HRK (Croatian Kuna) what's about 4.50 EUR or $5.35 US. It wasn't cheap, but it was quite big and very tasty.

      Very unique post. Haven't ever seen,heard nor tasted a green burger. I am sure most of us wouldn't have. Interesting. Would love to do so some day. Upvoted and following u as always.

      To be honest, Nainaz it tasted as a normal burger bread would. So I suppose it was just some food color without some specific taste, or at least I didn't recognize it.
