Hydrangeas out of Nowhere

My #Saturday #ColorChallenge comes directly from my backyard:

#Hydrangea out of Nowhere

This plant has been in my backyard for the last year and a half and, suddenly out of nowhere, it bloomed. Up until this point I have legitimately hated hydrangeas, but this one I like... plus it's indigo... I think.

I'm still not sure what indigo even is.
