WednesdayYellow: Bananas
Bananas are good source of potassium. I have here a photo of a Latundan or tundan and the Lakatan, taken with my Samsung Galaxy J7+ phone. These are the two of the most common cultivars known throughout the Philippines. Lakatan has a higher vitamin content among all while tundan is a good supplement to harden stool for toddlers and even adults struggling loose poop.
