My all time favourite breakfast #TuesdayOrange

When I spend time in Tulum, I always make sure I visit my favourite cafe for breakfast. I always eat these "guilt free pancakes" which are made from coconut flour and contain no sugar. They taste amazing! It's always served with a selection of fresh fruits. I love the vibrant orange colour of the papaya and mango, so I've decided to use this picture for today's colour challenge. :-)
