Ingredients
Green dough:
300 gr wheat flour
700 ml thick coconut milk (I use instant coconut milk)
200 gr sugar
100 ml white SKM (I 3 sachets), if no sweet likes can be reduced its dose
2 chicken eggs (shake off first)
2 tsp pandan paste
White Vla:
2 tbsp maize
2 tbsp of wheat flour
400 ml thick coconut milk (I use instant coconut milk)
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the coconut milk I use 3 coconut milk sun kara yang 🔼 then added 1100 ml of water, then divided according to recipe requirement for green and white dough
Step
First we make the white vla, mix all the ingredients, cook while stirring until thick and burst, set aside
While waiting for cold vla batter, mix all ingredients, after well blended, to prevent adoanan menggerindil filter dough yaa
Prepare the mold, spread with cooking oil, put the green dough and then insert the vla in the middle, repeat until the dough runs out
Heat the cage, use medium heat then steam the dough for about 10 minutes (until the green dough hardens), then remove, remove from the mold when sdh is not hot
