Kuneng bana
Ingredients
3 bks pop ice durian
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 tbsp sugar
300 ml water / milk
1/2 tbsp butter
Step
Combine all butter ingredients. Stir well, taste if less sweet may add sugar.
Cook with a very small fire while stirring constantly until the desired thickness (the longer the thicker, so kinda felt uda fit immediately turn off the fire). Turn off the flame Enter butter, mix well.
Move the jam to the container clean, cool and ready to use 😉 Can be spread on bread for bread stuffing.
