Monday red ~ #colorchallenge

For kalemandra's #colorchallenge, here's the dinner that I made tonight: aubergine (or 'eggplant') and mozzarella bake. It's layered a bit like a lasagne, with lots of tasty tomato sauce.

I loved it, but my brother took one bite and said he didn't like aubergine! Oh well, all the more for me...
