That is the Stone Hill village at Km. 3, La Trinidad, Benguet. It is right after the Baguio City boundary so it is already outside of Baguio City but in the municipality of La Trinidad. The Stone Hill was made an art with those colorful houses like the Favela houses in Brazil. 😊
