A Touch of Red in a Universe of Colors … Chiang Mai, Thailand – Colourful Photography

On my morning stroll, I came across this tree, radiant with bright red blossoms.

Red, white, and blue

As it turned out in this photo, the red blossoms appear as simply a minor accent. On the other hand, the mid-morning sun provides a bold contrast; it bathes the eastern sky in pure white light, while shading the western sky in a soft, serene blue. 

Green and grey

Down here on earth, the green grass of the wide vacant lot contrasts nicely and naturally with the grey street and its dusty shoulder.    

Taken together, the four colors of the four corners of this worldview grab our attention, and calmly focus it on that small flowering tree, situated here at the center of the universe.   Location – Chiang Mai, on Google Maps
