North Carolina law joke

I saw where North Carolina passed a law saying a man has the right to finish sex if he already penetrated the vag even if she changes her mind and wants to stop. I think it would only be fair if the woman had the right to call the cops if the man gets off and she doesn’t. Of course if that happens then I would be too scared to get laid in North Carolina.
