I have some propper chefs knives that I have had for over 15 years, they seem to get smaller and smaller over the time I have had them, no doubt that it is down to the sharpening of them.
I could do with a good set. I bet there are some ace ones over in the states, but I bet you we can't get them past costumes hehe
