Trying to reinvigorate my love for assembly programming

I have been out of the programming world for quite a while now. Probably haven't coded anything the last year.

So about a month ago I decided that I would try to start up a new project. This time it is my plan to code "Connect 4" for the Commander X16.

My reasoning was that the gameplay was quite similar to tictactoe, which was my very first project that I finished programming for the Commander X16.

I know I haven't programmed for a while but that is because I am in the middle of a move. We are all moving to a new apartment in the same town, where I currently live.
This time it is an apartment meant for people with handicaps. Only one floor and the children's room are more accomodating to our teens.

My wish is to try and keep you all updated with the progress of my game. I must admit that I have been leaning a lot on my brother's programming skills. But I have also relied upon the assembly tutorial created by Matt Heffernan aka. Slithymatt.
