Community is Key
So recently, I've noticed how the community of a coin greatly impacts its price. I've been following Stellar Lumens community, and was unimpressed with their forum. It is like the wild west of forums, unorganized, people talking in different languages in the same post, posts which make no sense, and many other anomalies.
This is not to take anything away from Stellar Lumens, their idea is great and I hope it succeeds. However, having a tight knit, active community all striving for the same goal greatly impacts how the coin is perceived by others, and in turn, its price.
Im involved in DeepOnion. I take pleasure in saying that. I'm involved in a community that is 10k members plus, that all want the coin to succeed, that strive for greatness with every click of the mouse. And that's a beautiful thing, to be a part of something truly life changing.
It's not only the fact we are all striving for the same goal, it's that we all understand that work is needed to achieve anything in this life, and boy do we put in the work.
Every poll, every facebook post, every twitter mention, we are attuned with each other, and know what to do. People may think we are scammers, and spread FUD, but we are above that. We calmly and intelligently reason with these people. If they don't see our point of view, fair enough. That's on them.
Every member, from old to new, from moderator to new member, understands that success takes time. It does not matter what ability you have, if you can code or not, if you have perfect language skills or not (although they do help). It's about being a part of something, an idea, that is out to change the world. And you could be a part of its beginning.
Community is Key. DeepOnion, in my humble opinion, has one of the greatest communitys in crypto right now, and that reflects in the price. As most altcoins have been bleeding and in the red over the last few days, DeepOnion has arisen and broken into the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap. Stellar Lumens has been falling steadily over the last week, while DeepOnion rises from the deep to claim its place among the great coins. Coincidence? No. Community.
I urge anyone who reads this, please, check out the forum at https://deeponion.org/community/
Read a few posts, ask a mod a few questions. You will not be disappointed in what you read. Be a part of something greater. Be a part of DeepOnion.
I agree that community is key. And DeepOnion Community is the best 😄
Deeponion listen to its community and it's growing day after day.

Any project with good technology and without community is worthless. DeepOnion has both of them, good technology and great community.
Very interesting article. The community is a really important thing.
Even though I like stellar and its community, I have to admit that after browsing through DeepOnion forum, their community is much more better.
Upvoted from me.
If you do NOT have a community that are supporting and looking your back, you could have a good rally, but when the thing goes bad, you'll there the first to go down - Credibility, trusty are the synonymous of community
I definitely think that it totally depends on people. So YES.
